Murfreesboro, TENNESSEE – According to the Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department, this unfortunate incident occurred right after midnight early Sunday morning.
It happened on Isis Court.
Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department crews responded to a report of a house fire.
The responding crews discovered that the house was fully engulfed in flames.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, officials said.
Two others escaped the burning home but suffered injuries.
Both victims were taken to a hospital for treatment.
The victims’ age or identity have not yet been released.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by MFRD’s Fire Marshal’s office.
