Nashville, TENNESSEE – MNPD officials said the fatal accident occurred around 3:09 a.m. early Saturday morning.
It happened on Brewer Drive near the Nolensville Pike intersection.
Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to a report of a crash.
The responding officers found two victims.
Metro Police said both occupants of the vehicle suffered life-threatening injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.
The deceased driver is identified as 20-year-old Edzon Hidalgo Cho.
The investigation shows that Cho was driving his 2008 BMW sedan southeast on Brewer Drive at a high rate of speed when he lost control, ran off the left side of the road, struck a mailbox and then a culvert, causing the car to roll over several times.
This incident remains under investigation.
