Murfreesboro, TENNESSEE – Murfreesboro Police Department officials said that both suspects were arrested and taken into custody on Monday.
Search warrants were executed at the suspects home located on Dudley Street.
The responding officers reportedly discovered large amount of methamphetamine and cocaine, 1 pound of marijuana, Xanax, Oxycodone and Amphetamine pills.
They also found 4 firearms, ammunition, drug paraphernalia and digital scales.
The 20-year-old Luis Martinez is now charged with misdemeanor simple possession of drugs or casual exchange of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The 41-year-old Maria Martinez is now charged with felony possession of Schedule VI drugs for manufacturing, delivery or sale, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of Schedule II drugs for manufacturing, delivery or sale, felony possession of methamphetamine for manufacturing, delivery or sale, felony maintaining a structure for use of a controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of drugs or casual exchange of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both suspects were booked into the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
