Nashville, TENNESSEE – According to the Nashville Fire Department, this unfortunate incident occurred right before 8 p.m. Friday.
It happened on Stewarts Ferry Pike.
Nashville Fire Department crews responded to a report of a structure fire.
The responding crews saw heavy fire and smoke coming from the first and second floors of one of the buildings.
The interior structure of the building was quickly comprised and crews are fighting the fire defensively to get it extinguished.
Couple of the units were vacant and number of people and animals run out of the building when the fire broke out.
No injuries have been reported at this time.
The cause of fire remains under investigation.
