Man caught in car with 11-year-old girl, then police realized that’s not the worst part!

Family is important, we all know that. Well yes and everyone needs a family in their life, there’s no doubt about that. When families spend time together and share common experiences, it creates a strong sense of family identity. Of course, every family is different, and there’s no guarantee that every home will be a positive influence. We should always respect our relatives, but remember – always practice boundaries.

Police officials have released a statement, in which they said the 27-year-old defendant, Guerero, was caught in his car with 11-year-old girl. During and interview with investigators, the defendant reportedly confessed that he had kissed the minor in the parking lot as they couldn’t go to their homes because of their age difference. But, police officials discovered that’s not the worst part. Guerero was sentenced to five years in prison after police discovered he was dating his 11-year-old relative.

He reportedly pleaded guilty to child endangerment and forfeited his pharmacy technician registration as part of the plea deal. He will also be subject to Megan’s Law registration, se*-offender evaluation and parole supervision for life. He may also face possible deportation after he leaves prison, although it is not clear to which country.

Many people thought that Guerero’s punishment was too lenient. “5 years is not enough,” wrote one person. “Why jail him just deport him!” commented another. Others saw things differently. “Because he could come back and victimize the girl again,” shot back one. “Everyone is safer with this creep in jail.” Others thought the five-year sentence was the best punishment, saying the inmates will take care of him.
