La Vergne, TENNESSEE – According to the La Vergne Fire and Rescue, this unfortunate incident occurred around 4:41 a.m. early Monday morning.
It happened on Ridgemont Court.
La Vergne Fire and Rescue crews responded to a report of a house fire.
The responding crews saw heavy smoke and fire coming out of the residence.
Unfortunately, downed power lines that fell across the front yard prolonged the crews’ attempt to extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported, officials said.
The cause of fire remains under investigation.
