Nashville, TENNESSEE – According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the 56-year-old suspect is reportedly wanted on two counts of aggravated robbery and eight counts of theft.
His name is Robert Scales and Metro Police says he stole more than $112,000 worth of merchandise from Nashville Lowes & Home Depot stores.
According to the MNPD officials, the most common item the suspect has taken is spooled copper wire.
He reportedly used a cart to take the wire from the stores, bypassing the registers.
In two occasions, he has shown a gun to loss prevention personnel who try to stop him in the parking lot. Scales has also taken tools.
