Montgomery County, TENNESSEE – According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, his name is Deonta Williams and he was taken taken into custody on Thursday.
The 18-year-old is now charged with multiple charges, including: firearm possession during a dangerous felony, weapons on school property, simple possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.
On Thursday, staff at Kenwood High School suspected that Williams was in possession of drugs which led to a search of his vehicle.
The school resource officers reportedly found firearm, magazine, 13 rounds of ammunition, marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the suspect’s vehicle.
The 18-year-old man is being held on $40,000 bond.
Williams is Kenwood High School student.
