Nashville, TENNESSEE – According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the shooting occurred around 11:44 p.m. Thursday.
It happened in the 100 block of Evelyn Drive.
Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
When the officers arrived on scene, they found one adult female victim.
Metro Police said the victim suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead.
MNPD officials said that suspect is in custody.
The victim’s age or identity have not yet been released.
