The father-daughter relationship is one of the most precious and unique connections that exist. It is a bond characterized by love, trust, and companionship, built on the foundation of mutual understanding and support. But, there should always be limits. Per reports, the 43-year-old dad and his 25-year old daughter have been indicted by a federal grand jury after law enforcement officials charged them with incest for participating in consensual s-x.
According to a news release from U.S. Attorney Seiler, Daniel and Santana M., have both pleaded not guilty to the charges in U.S. District Court. Members of the TLES also investigated the case. If convicted, the pair could spend up to five years in jail, be supervised for three years, and each be forced to pay a $250,000 fine. The defendants were free on bond as they await trial.
The maximum penalty upon conviction is up to 5 years in custody and/or a $250,000 fine, 3 years of supervised release, and $100 to the Federal Crime Victims Fund. Restitution may also be ordered.
