Clarksville, TENNESSEE – According to the court documents, the 36-year-old defendant was found guilty of first degree premeditated murder of 36-year-old woman in May 2018.
His name is Timothy Ogburn and he was also convicted on two counts of attempted first degree murder and two counts of using a firearm during a felony.
On May 23, 2018, Clarksville Police Officers responded to a shots fired call in the area of Mitchell St.
Clarksville Police Department officials said the 36-year-old victim, later identified as Tanesha Hardy, was the passenger in the back seat of a vehicle when she was shot and killed.
The 27-year-old defendant is scheduled to be sentenced on July 5, 2022 and faces life in prison.
