Nashville, TENNESSEE – Metro Police officials said the 61-year-old man is now facing multiple charges after his 4-year-old son died in a crash on Bell Road.
His name is Alexander Nwaibe and authorities say he is now facing multiple charges, including: vehicular homicide, two counts of aggravated child endangerment and two counts of aggravated child neglect upon his hospital discharge charges.
The accident occurred around 8:10 a.m. Wednesday.
It happened on Bell Road.
The responding officers discovered that the crash caused his two children to be ejected from Nwaibe’s vehicle during the crash.
The children were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, Metro Police said.
