Nashville, TENNESSEE – According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, this unfortunate incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. Monday.
It happened on Fain St.
Metro Nashville Police Department officers responded to a shooting call.
The responding officers discovered that the victims parked their van in front of the suspect’s driveway and were told they needed to move.
The 47-year-old suspect, Chenilla Smith, said that the female victim punched her several times.
Smith also said that the male victim then assaulted her boyfriend.
The victims then attempted to leave when Smith grabbed a gun and fired 10-12 shots, hitting the male victim in the foot.
The 47-year-old woman is now charged with aggravated assault.
Smith is being held on a $50,000 bond, court records say.
